The new series should be available for sale by mid-August and was designed to boost the operation’s productivity and streamline costs, meeting the global concern for development with reduced environmental impact. "We are finalizing the set-up of this line to launch in Interplast 2010, one of the major plastics markets of Brazil", explains Salmeron. Deb'Maq is taking, to the fair, all plastic division machines, which includes plastic injection machines to attend companies of all sizes. “Our product line has recently undergone an upgrade of software, constructive features and design", comments the manager. Among the highlights of Interplast are several models of the DW Spazio line, with diversified injection capacity, high accuracy, low noise level and low energy consumption, ensuring high productivity and repeatability. The machines are equipped with Vickers variable flow pump, Bosch Rexroth hydraulics and Telemecanique and Gefran electrical components, all with "T" slots and screw holes.
