Battenfeld do Brasil, unit of the Austrian manufacturer of plastic injection machines, Wittmann Battenfeld GMBH, confirms its presence at Interplast 2010, taking advantage of the good moment of the segment in Brazil. The company is confident in the 2010 results and expects to achieve their annual production target still in May. "The market is much more heated than our estimates for the year and, therefore, we should have around a 90% increase above the 2010 forecast and 40% above 2008 production, before the global economic crisis", comments Ironi Fernandes, CEO of Battenfeld Brasil.

An exhibitor at Interplast since the first edition, Battenfeld makes it a point of maintaining their presence at the event due to the plastic market potential of Santa Catarina, the second largest in Brazil. "Joinville and the region have a concentration of major clients, including the largest, and at each edition we generate new opportunities during Interplast. It is natural that we maintain our presence and strengthen the relationship with current and potential customers," says Ironi.
