Beaulieu International Group buys the assets of Congoleum
New Congol LLC, a subsidiary of Beaulieu International Group acquired the assets of Congoleum Acquisition LLC November 10, 2025 – Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.), a leading provider of innovative flooring and material solutions, has announced the acquisition of assets of Congoleum Acquisition LLC, trading as Congoleum Flooring, a respected manufacturer in resilient flooring. This acquisition strengthens Beaulieu´s market position and operational footprint across North America, while expanding its product portfolio, manufacturing capacity, and customer network. Founded in 1886, Congoleum Flooring has been a pioneer in the flooring industry, providing resilient vinyl flooring to serve the residential market. The company held multiple patents that helped shape the development of modern resilient flooring technologies. “Congoleum has long been an industry leader known for its unwavering commitment to quality, design and innovation.” said Chris O’Connor, President and CEO of Congoleum. “We’re excited that B.I.G. will carry that legacy forward with renewed energy and resources.” “This acquisition represents a significant step forward in our growth strategy,” says Jean-Baptiste De Ruyck, CEO of B.I.G. “It reinforces our long-term commitment to the U.S. market and enhances our ability to deliver a wide range of superior flooring solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
