Domo Engineered Materials will be rebranded under RadiciGroup

Technyl and Radilon product families joining forces within the new RadiciGroup

October, 9, 2026 - Following Lone Star’s acquisition of both the DOMO Engineered Materials business and RadiciGroup’s High Performance Polymers and Specialty Chemicals businesses in May 2026, the two businesses are now being brought together to create a new, global Tier 1 leader in polyamide and high-performance engineering polymers.

As part of this integration, the combined business will operate under the established RadiciGroup name and identity. This is a strategic branding decision designed to build on the strong heritage and recognition of RadiciGroup, while bringing together the complementary strengths, technologies, people and expertise of both businesses. It is not a change in ownership of one business by the other, but rather an important step in creating one unified global organization, with continuity for our customers, suppliers and partners.

What will change?

Starting from 6 October 2026, the current DOMO corporate identity will progressively transition to the RadiciGroup identity across customer- and supplier-facing touchpoints.

  • Products and production documentation layout
  • Technical and commercial documentation layout
  • Packaging and labels design
  • Promotional materials
  • Website and digital channels
  • Social media
  • Employees email addresses

Employee email addresses will progressively transition from @domo.org to @radicigroup.com. The migration will take place in phases. The migration is expected to be fully completed by the end of Q1 2027.

Some legal entities will also change their denomination. Customers or suppliers affected by a legal entity change will receive separate communication with the relevant details.

The transition will not happen overnight. During the coming months, DOMO and RadiciGroup identities may coexist temporarily on some materials and products. The transition period is expected to last approximately three months, depending on the type of material and its replacement cycle.

What will remain unchanged?

  • Product brands, product names, specifications, and technical performance will remain unchanged - just as Domo´s service offering.
  • The Technyl product logos have been partially adapted to align with the new RadiciGroup corporate identity.
